My coworker was on her way to the dealership, with an APPOINTMENT to buy a car she had already discussed with them. They sold the car to someone else just minutes before she got to her appointment. What's he point of scheduling an appointment if you're going to sell the vehicle to someone else? Horrible customer service and anything but honorable.
