My Mother in law had her homeowners insurance with this agency for many years. She sold her home to us and we called and spoke with Caitlin to cancel the policy. Two weeks after speaking with her, the yearly payment was taken from her bank account. She called and asked for a refund since the policy was cancelled. A week later, called again and still no answers except numerous excuses as to why she has not gotten a refund. This person actually was yelling at my elderly Mother in law . We are in the process of contacting the attorney generals office as well as our personal attorney. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! It is a shame that they would take advantage of an elderly woman. I would give ZERO stars if I could.
