Stay far away from this Dr’s office! I have been a patient for over 10 years and it’s all gone down hill in the last two year’s. They cannot keep PA’s on staff or Dr.s and you never know who you are going to get. I want to be seen by the same person! Finally found another primary care office to be seen by and they are amazing! This office gave me so many problems on changing over. Absolutely rude and just shows how much they cared about me as a patient! Also, the front office staff is rude as well. Good luck if you become a patient here!

New patient appt for yearly physical.nSaw Shelly Vliet N.P.-C, & Amy her assistant were extremely nice, as well as front end staff. Answered my concerns, & scheduled labs & mammogram.

I used to be seen by Dr. Picone for years. He was the best doctor. After he died no one wanted me as a patient so I moved to another practice. 3 years later and still holding my breath for transfer of records. Looks like I will have to send the request certified mail and if that doesn't work, contact a lawyer. Sad situation!

Front desk receptionist was very pleasant an a breath of fresh air. Doctor's and Midlevels where wonderful. Would highly recommend .

Joanne Campbell, PA is great. I have no complaints with her care. My complaint is the Customer service at the front desk. Anytime I call I am left on hold forever. When someone finally picks up they are so rude as if I have inconvenienced their day by needing an appointment. I hope this changes soon.
