was able to wait for my bus indoors in comfort till it came in.
Would give them a better review if the drivers weren't rude an disrespectful an the bus should have a box of disposable masks for the ones the people who don't have a mask just saying it would make for better quality of service
I use cata transportation alot . I appreciate it very much . The bus drivers are good at their job. I have come across some that seem as if they hate people and have scolded me or argued over how I pay my fare. For example a bus driver yelled at me because I was holding up the line just because I was using a few change cards. That's so rude . Why have a job as a bus driver if you cannot stand people or be a patient understand human being .
Awesome people superior service but disappointed to see them shut down...us low income can’t get to stores food bank or even DHS cause we can’t pay bills....
