Kylie Lance was our third realtor while trying to sell our home recently. They say the third time is the charm, well it was! Kylie came in and helped guide us to a quick sell. Within days of signing with her our home was on the market and had an offer. She helped take the stress and worry off of us so that we could focus on completing construction of our new home. Timely responses, thorough and very helpful! We can't say enough good things about Kylie and the service we received from Lance Group. Thank you again!!

Honestly, there is nothing Kylie could have done to make it a better experience. She was truly amazing! She was very knowledgeable and honest with us. She cared just as much as we did about us getting a home we would be happy in! This was my first time buying a home and she was exactly what we needed. She was always on top of everything and so willing to help! She did extra research on HOA and City regulations for us. She even offered to walk us through houses the day after Christmas! I have recommended her to multiple people and I plan on using her for any buying/selling in the future!

Kylie is amazing!!! We bought our first home through her and had such a great experience we actually just bought our second home through her as well. She does whatever it takes to find the perfect home for you and you family. I have nothing but great things to say about the lance group. Highly recommend using her with the purchase of your new home or the selling of your current home as well.

Kylie was great to work with, she made sure our needs were met, and even worked around our crazy schedule. She is also very knowledgeable about the area, and had a helpful answer for every question we asked. Kylie made the oh so stressful endeavor of buying a house seem not so stressful, and for that I am very grateful. Definitely reccomend!
