The homes are nice things are falling apart it's hard to get anyone to come and fix things that I report just get runarounds also if you do buy be sure to check the compaction of the dirt on your property I've spent a few thousand dollars s fixing sink holes and this gs.of that sort iv have a leak in my back garage that I reported a few months ago that Brian told me he needs to see if it's under warranty never showed up it's just not.mine it's the whole neighborhood nice but very cheap
