Terrible bank!! Worst place I have ever dealt with. You do have a choice in banking and I strongly recommend not using Comerica.

So I walked in from work with 4 different deposits for my company.n$3000, $2800, $3100, $2750.nWell they took the money and deposit slips and put the into the safe. Well I go to exit the bank as I already have my slips and the clerk yells at me to hold on.nSo I walk back to her and she tells me she needs my ID ud83eudd37ud83eudd26nwell apparently I left it at work while in a hurry. So I tell then I could run back and get it. Well they call over the bank manager who is completely rude to me.nWell in the time it took them to explain they needed my ID (even though it wasn't one deposit but four and you only need it for a total amount of 10g but this was going into separate account so it didn't qualify to this rule) and then to explain they wouldn't wait for me to get my ID then take the time to get money back out of the safe then to count it back (extremely loud to theythe point the man next to me was looking over)they could of just let me get my ID.nSo yeah it's safe to say I'll Never be back and will be talking to corporate over my store to see if we can get a new bank all together since they could bother to hold on 5 minutes to take such a large deposit.

Horrible bank..!!!!!! My account is always going into negative..! And being charged fees, i asked them to put over draft protection on my account they didn't..!!!! And said even if i have it and someone trys to charge it and doesn't go threw I'd still get a overdraft charge..! I am leaving this bank never to return..! Can't trust them with your money. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM..! WARNING..!

If you happen to be one of the millions of people that receive either SSI or SSD on a Comerica Bank card I would recommend getting an account somewhere else and having your money direct deposited anywhere but Comerica. When you have a Comerica bank card through the federal government Comerica treats you like a second-class citizen. You cannot call them and get a hold of a real person, there is no option for you to change your address on the telephone or even if you go to their Bank in person. When their ATMs are down, as they often are, they refuse to serve you through the teller window outside even though they can clearly see your face. It's ridiculous to be treated differently than any other customer. It should not be a humiliating experience to do banking. They also charge a fee free using their ATM, their own ATM. I wish I could give them negative Stars
