Working with Kennen at Smart Moves Realty has been amazing and we can not recommend him enough! We tried half a dozen times before to buy a house with as many agents and everything fell through and the process was frustrating. When we started working with Kennen it was a complete night and day difference for the better. We have sold several homes through the years but this was truly a five star experience. Kennen has the best insight for selling a home than anybody else that I have worked with. His professional approach to listing our property was something nobody else has ever done for us. The listing included drone aerial shots, a 3D professional video and beautiful photos. It outclassed all the properties we were selling against. The proof is that he got us a high quality cash buyer in record time. Kennen is a pro.
