Horrible customer service...they cancled my appointment twice...they waited 3 months to then tell me they cant see me...I take a stimulant for many reasons....when making my appointment I mentioned a sleeping disorder I had and how it was worse without my medication....they never asked me my full health history nor did I fill out any paperwork..so apparently if you have a sleeping disorder you cant see anyone from mental health.... they left me a message canceling my appointment and refering me to a neurologist...such a joke

Made me wait a month to get a broken tooth pulled. It broke I called the same day then they gave me an appointment with x ray. Just to tell me the tooth was broken and since it doesn't hurt they can't pull it. So I had to wait 2 weeks for it to hurt get antibiotics then wait 2 more weeks till they get rid of the infection to get it pulled. The tooth is still in right now.

this place is utterly useless and if i could give it 0/5 stars, I would without hesitation. my husband had an appointment scheduled for a bad tooth removal and due to a storm and the doctor having to leave early, they called and forced a reschedule for a date we weren’t 100% sure would be good for us, and due to other factors he had to miss it. so, it was then rescheduled for this morning at 10:30, the doctors take a look at the tooth, and magically decide they’re unable to remove the tooth and my husband is now having to wait with immense pain until august (or later, we aren’t being given a straight answer at all) with no pain meds and improper antibiotics. I strongly suggest to anyone considering being a new patient to this office to save your time and suffering and take your dental needs to a competent dental office that has the capability to operate as it should.

I give a one for the receptionist on the Dental side. However I got a tooth pulled and a cleaning pretty quick. Hoping they will schedule scaling in the next two weeks. I'll get back with ya on that...So the lady behind the glass turned out to be a big help... Just as she was for my fiance when she went for care at Great Lakes. And, I did get my appointment and they helped out to the point where it doesn't really cost me anything at all...
