The service was horrible after waiting several hours past my appointment time the medical professional was distracted and unorganized. The next attempt the office lost my appointment that I made the day prior because they scheduled in the next month for a sinus infection. In that appointment the medical professional randomly suggested they could remove something above my eyes at the office. When I asked if they had an eye specialist or a plastic surgen the nurse practitioner literally replied oh no we just have a staid member with steady hand who is good and skin removals. I was in shock.nnThey billed my medical insurance with the incorrect code after several attempts to reach the office manager after a recommendation from the billing department to have it changed I was told it could be discussed at my next appointment. I have a job I do not have time to wait hours to discuss your mistakes and how to fix them.
