What a great company. My home was flooded from the upstairs laundry room due to a defective washing machine hookup. Anytime came right away and got to work drying out my home. They explained everything that they had to do and maintained good communication with me. We then hired Anytime for the restoration of our home. Even though we had some starts and stops due to an inept insurance company, they completed the work and all is well now.nThe real key to the success of this project was my project manager, Mike Kaufman. I had never experienced a flooded home before or using my homeowners insurance for anything. I do not know what I would have done without his positive outlook and reassuring manner and extensive experience. He always answered my calls and texts and never left me hanging for an answer. All in all, it was a good experience.
This company isn’t local to the Traverse City area, whenever you call you’re directed to someone in Muskegon that has to relay a message to someone else. The gentlemen who came out to assess our water damage low balled the repairs, so now we’re having to jump through hoops with our insurance claims adjuster to get the correct work done. We’ve sent numerous follow up emails and questions over a few weeks time, yet nobody’s responded to anything. Do not use this company if you want your home repaired in a timely professional manner.
