Great place to visit. Interesting and educational displays. Cool collection of taxidermy animals from the area. Be careful going up the entrance in the winter time when there is heavy snow. Even if you know how to handle snow the entrace is quite steep for a snowy day.

Lots of great information on the natural resources found around the Ottawa National Forest. The staff are helpful in pointing which way to go, and the facility is really well-kept. Nice place to use the restroom and fill up my water supplies before heading out on another adventure.

Still a great place to visit. The staff ia always helpful and well informed. The number of displays are not nearly as numerous or as organized as they were in the past.
