Shows items in photos that are not actually at the sale. I collect and was looking for a specific item shown, was first customer to the sale and it was not there. No explanation. Read they had a store- went to check there- not there either. Even if it had been the items in the store are obscenely priced. Pass.
Recently went to one of their estate sales, I went to pick up a item to purchase and the guy working the estate sale said “I already bought that, right when we opened this morning”. The whole situation reminded me why I said “I’ll never attend their sales”. Very shady company. I’ve heard they overprice items on purpose to keep them at the end through a complete buy out. Be careful and search for a company that will handle your estate sale fairly. I recommend Michigan liquidators and Frozen In time for the Flint Michigan Area
The store is great and has good price. Very polite people in store. Off site estate sales very rude people running them. Prices are so high it's like they don't want to sell. Will not even help you with loading.

Probably the worst business model for an Estate Sale entity. They expect the customer to do the job they should do in advance. Sorry but I don't work for you!. And what is 75% off of an unlabeled price! What a joke!
