Sat, Aug 29th. Elga credit union system has went down. I have to pay my auto repair bill to get my keys back. Theres plenty of funds in my savings account. I dont have much in my checking account. All i need to do is make a transfer. But i cannot do anything they told me until there system is back up. That was 4 hours ago and im still waiting to get my keys. Thanks elga. The most disappointing part is this same thing happened a few months ago too but it wasnt an emergency but i was stuck without funds.
I highly recommend this bank, especially a worker named JT, wonderful experience, he went above and beyond to understand and help me out with my situation and I could not thank him enough, truly a great person, and a great bank. God bless.

They take their time to help you when a problem happens and even when one doesn't. You are always welcomed with a smiling face! I have been banking here for years now and will be happy to tell anyone I know that this place knows what they are doing!
