Great Doc, great staff! Doctor Nada is understanding and empathetic, always answers question and fills prescriptions fast and you can reschedule with a phone call. Nice, friendly staff and clean office also. I'm glad I found both this Doctor and staff! Recommended!

I am so glad to have Dr. Nada as my doctor. She has met my needs, answers my questions completely and has always been available for flexible appointments. She is very personable and tries hard to make sure all of my needs are met before I leave her office. Thank you so much Dr. Nada!

If you need any medical assistance this is not the doctor to go to. She is not open on Fridays and does not call back with test results. Had issues over a year ago that I still deal with. She basically told me that I'm lazy which is not the case at all. (I teach weekly DANCE classes!) Called to tell her the medication I have is not working, was told to go to Urgent Care to see if there was anything they could do to help me. She is not in a hurry to give referrals or help get needed medical attention if something is actually wrong.nn*Update- Aug. 2018 my new DR did a few simple lab tests and already figured out my issue after the 1st visit to the office! (Which by the way makes me more at risk for stroke and certain cancers.) Plain and simple, it was an issue of neglect on Ms. Abdelbasit's part.

This Doctor and her staff have been great to me! No complaints at all. My only wish is that I could have McLaren as my hospital instead of Genesys.

I will be looking for a different Doctor. I called the office today to have a script changed, and was told they could not do it until next week. How absurd. My husband is a diabetic, and Doctor Ring forgot to up the script, but wants him taking more.......he ran out and we realized the script wasn't changed. I don't see why Karen or anybody else in that office isn't competent enough to do this. Those ladies have been there a long time. I will not refer patients to you ever. Have fun on your vacation, and power trip.
