Great service and prices on insurance policies. Was quoted 1700 a year for ATV insurance from a different local provider and was able to get a policy with Farm Bureau for 1/4 of the price. Was in and out with paperwork and coverage in 30 minutes. Amber helped me setup the whole thing to have best coverage for the lowest price. Thanks again Amber and John!
There has been such a huge turn for the better!! The new receptionist amazing! She knows her stuff and is beyond helpful when I call!!
If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst customer service I have ever had. Never call you back, and it seems to me that the lady has no idea what is going on.
