I'd give it a minus score for customer service if I could. After 30 years of being a member they refuse to work with us and want to raise our rates after a 2 day lapse on our insurance. Shame on you for your shoddy service, obviously you've lost a customer today.

The lady that waited on me took time with me and gave me the maps I asked for. Told me about the services I had by joining. And other services I didn’t feel I needed at the time . Very warm and Patients with all my questions and told me if I change my mind about the services just come back and she’d be more than willing to help me out so I bought right in
