They are incredibly responsive both via email and phone calls, are efficient at getting quotes and invoices, and are true professionals.nnIn July, we had an extensive build out wedding set up at a private residence, and the Taylor team was helpful enough to conduct two site visits ahead of the event to survey the property and ensure a perfectly executed set up. When coordinating a wedding from two hours away for a couple who lives out of state, this type of above and beyond service is invaluable.nnIn September, one week prior to another wedding at a private residence, we had to forego working with another rental company in the area due to extensive inventory, product safety, and service problems and within one week Elizabeth was able to coordinate a replacement order with her team much to the appreciation of my clients.nnNorthern Michigan rental companies are stretched incredibly thin given the amount of events that occur each summer, and yet Taylor Rental is able to stay on top of inventory and ordering, has well kept and good quality product, stays communicative throughout delivery, and makes this the easy process it should be. The quality of their products and care with service reflects an understanding of how important our weddings are to our couples, who expect their rental process/the backbone of their event to go smoothly so they can focus on other aspects of their weekend weekend.
