Willie D is the greatest customer service agent I have ever dealt with. He always has a smile and a good joke. Made me coffee a couple times with a donut and I brought two different companies to Sherwin because of him. His recommendations for duration paint got me a whole house. He even carried everything to my truck for me. What a great company!

Always have great service at a Sherwin-Williams store, and we've been to three different ones with great success. The Petoskey store is now among my favorite places in my big home renovation project, because the service was terrific, quick, and courteous.
