Did not have primary care after moving to area. Abdominal pain resulted in visit to Dr. Lo' s urgent care office. Spencer, NP extraordinaire, quickly diagnosed as acute appendicitis. Within the hour I was in surgery at McClaren, referrals made quickly and efficiently. Have been with N. Mich Med for a couple years now and could not be happier with the care. Everyone there is efficient and pleasant. Special shout out to Jessica, NP, and Tyler in the office. Great people, great doc!

Been coming here for years, since Quick Care opened. We love Dr Lo- he is an EXCELLENT doctor and the only doctor that my husband trusts. Dr Lo spends MORE than enough time explaining what is going on- sometimes I feel guilty like.. ok. I got it.. go see someone else :)nQuick Care saved my husbands life, after a heart attack a few days ago. My husband went to Quick Care ( instead of ER-not advisable but as I said he trusts Dr Lo and does NOT trust other doctors).. anyway.. in a room in 1 minute, hooked up to EKG in 1 minute.. Dr Lo in room within 1 minute of EKG and stayed with us entire time as ambulance arrived- very competent staff also.. THANK YOU Quick Care

I have had nothing but kind and caring appts. with Dr. Lo and his entire staff. Dr. Lo has taken great care and time trying to solve a constant cough I have and referred me to specialists when needed.nHis Physician Asst.'s are very professional and knowledgeable. It has always been a pleasant experience at Urgent Care.

Walked in there praying someone would take care of me after suffering with the chills and fever. PA Jessica Wallace and nurses were so caring and efficient. I can’t say enough about how blessed I was to receive prompt and excellent care!

Sub-standard care by babies still in diapers. The emergency room is down the street where real healthcare is administered.
