Drove a half hour for an appointment. Got there and lights were out with closed sign. Was told manager didn't show up to open. Seriously???

Morgan was fabulous and did an awesome job on my haircut. I think required gratuity is a little tacky, but tipped on top of it anyway. Maybe I missed this information on the website when I was looking at services before making my appointment, but it should be expressed before a service is provided. What if someone is unhappy with their service? Are they expected to tip? There may be an explanation for why they have adopted this as a policy, but again, i found it tacky. But overall the tip was very well derserved. Thanks Morgan!
