Thank goodness I had the message on my phone that said I had an appointment at 220 Wednesday. Because when I got there I was not on her list . She was very nice about it an took me in .thank you
Another painless visit to the sos. Please keep this system even after pandemic. I had a 340 appointment . I showed up at 332, was let in waited 3 minutes. Got up for my turn and was out of there at 341. Can not ask for any better service than that. Oh and I made the appointment the day before at noon. Does not get any easier. No 3 hour wait in a crowded lobby. Please never again.
Disagree my b day in Nov an couldn't get app till today an had to call Jason Wentworth to get then they fined me a late fee on lisence 25 for lisence extra 10 for late fee on registration why ask govenor the fees were stopped March 1st so we lay again an I'm poor our system sucks an no money from Gov cause didn't file cause I'm low income bad taste in my mouth people next door to me kids don't work getting unemployment an I worked 44 yrs an no benefits sucks sorry!!
They gave me a plate and tab that didnt match. After waiting 3 months for an appointment, I have to go back to have them fix their error. I can say they were pretty friendly though. If I had not noticed, my car would be impounded and Id go to jail. I called and waited 1 hour 25 minutes and was told I was lucky as usually people wait 2 hours.
Friendly staff, but they had the door locked and no directions posted. I was 10 minutes early to my appointment and waited outside in the cold for 30 minutes before someone came out calling names of the next appointments. It was pretty disorganized.
