Have had nothing but awesome customer service for two years now! Great to deal with both over the phone and in person. I had a wasp nest on my daughter's playground and they came over the next day to take care of it. Definitely recommend

I’ve had several occurrences with this company. I used them for probably 5-8 years,. First , one of the technicians was at my house several years back and was asking questions typical of “casing” my home . Asking a lot of personal questions that did not pertain to the service . I complained to the company about this and they sent someone different after that. Fast forward another year or so later , they had done their fall service . Upon getting the bill, I paid it via my bank payment service promptly. Approximately a month and a half later , they called and said they hadn’t received my payment . I looked into With my bank and payment had been sent over a month prior but had not cleared . I let Midmichigan pest control know . I asked them to take another look for my check . “Miraculously”, they called back the next day and said the check “arrived” the very next day . So at that point , I think the issue is resolved . Another month or two go by and I get a call saying my check “bounced” and they’re giving me a bounced check fee — what ?? Well I looked into that & what happened was the bank issued check had gone longer than 90 days without being cashed (over a month after they “found” the check and nobody had still cashed it ), so the bank had cancelled it per their policy .. at that point I was losing my patience and paid them AGAIN and vowed to never use them again . Well a couple years had passed , I wasn’t using them, and I moved to a new home and needed the service so I called to give them yet another chance . I called on a Friday and by the following Wednesday had not received a callback , so I placed the call. After explaining who I was and I was giving them another chance , Holly on the phone told me I had to pay on the spot because my account had been flagged . What an insult ! I am a professional in the area and I have perfect credit . I have never left bills unpaid in my life . I was never delinquent on the payment in the first place !! For them to “blackball “ me when it was their mistake made me very upset . Not only did they blackball me , they had always charged me $135, now suddenly the rate for the exact same service was quoted to me at $185 . I tried to tell holly it was unfair of them to blackball my account as it has been their error in the first place and after that she refused to provide service which is fine with me . Lesson learned . TERRIBLE COMPANY , loses your payment , takes longer than 90 days to cash a check , horrible callback times , horrible customer service and sketchy technicians coming in your home . My advice , find someone else and save yourself the headache.

They do a fabulous job of keeping the bugs away at our lake home. Also very good customer service.

Their receptionist/customer service is awful. She was rude, obstinate and very unhelpful. Things have gone downhill since the previous owner.
