I love to shop local, but wish I never spent a dime here. Very rude and no service whatsoever. Not even a ‘Hello’ or ‘Thank you,’ after my purchase.

Lady extremely rude. Was visiting from out of state, crabby lady behind counter. We walked out with her less than welcoming greeting.

We try and buy local whenever possible, and when birthdays and holidays come around we always like to stop at the Round Lake Book store. There is a great selection of local authors, stuff for kids, and plenty of bestsellers. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you make a decision if you don't come in with something in mind.
