He works with insurance companies to screw patients out of payment. He gets paid $2000 for each person he says is okay to return to work. I was shot almost 10 yrs ago at work. He stated that I could return to work after 3 months. My shoulder was shattered with limited mobility and I've been in constant pain since. Finally applying for disability. Hope he pays for his greed/sins when he dies. If you read this Dr. Burkhardt, know your greed is noticed.
