After todays events I will be switching after 15 years. Dr. Ayala made that place what it is and it is just not the same. Unprofessional staff. The situation at hand today was a complete failure on their part and to add to it there was absolutely no acknowledgment of their unprofessional behavior and actions. I received no apology for the situation and I am deeply unsatisfied.

Dr.Ayala gets 10,000 stars in my eyes. He is the most selfless man I know and we have been blessed to have him in our children's life. That's why I chose 5 stars. Now as far as the facility goes... TWO stars, It has gone down hill since Dr. Lee left (not my favorite dr might I add) but at least the office was ran much smoother. I'd say the past 5-6 year's the office is just in shambles. I use to know my nurse now every time it's a new person whom has no clue about my kids nor their history besides what they are reading in a file. The reception area is a new woman each month. Idk what's going on but I will admit this. If Dr.Ayala leaves I'm gone.

Dr. Ayala is amazing. He has a great bedside manner with the kiddos and he is very informative and calming to parents. When my children are sick I call first thing in the morning and without fail they have gotten us in to be seen on the same day within 2 hours of calling. I have been taking my kids here since birth and I've never had a complaint in 7 years.

DR. Ayala is the only Dr that actually cares about your child to not stop looking for the reason behind your childs illness. he is a blessing
