I have been a patient of L.O. Eye for a few years now and can say with total honesty that I have never been made to feel like I was welcome into this office. If you see Dr. El for retina, you should expect to feel like a number. If your appointment is at 9 am, do not expect to be seen until 11 am, at LEAST. They pile on so many patients into one day that you are just part of the assembly line. Dr. El is one of the rudest doctors I have truly ever met. He does not give a single care about one of his staff members who work so hard for him. The clinical staff that travels with this doctor comes off as over-worked, irritated, and that I am inconveniencing them just by being there. ( I have been to multiple offices with this business, and all of them are the same.) Word of advice, if you want to be treated as a human being and not a number or a dollar sign, I suggest you find a much better clinic to go to. This one is not one you should be apart of. This company is so full of itself and trying to hide its lies and wrong doings that when I tried to warn people about this on Facebook, they removed my review, along with many other honest reviews on Facebook.nLong story short, avoid this place all together and see someone worth your time.
