Great communication amongst the staff and with myself. Easy to find location in the heart of Charlotte with ample parking. Easy access for all abilities.nWas warmly welcomed and they had books and coloring items for my little one that had to tag along.nThe nurse was thorough, clear, kind and efficient. She made sure to make me feel comfortable, heard and educated about my eye issues. I was told where to wait for the doctor and how long to expect to wait, which wasn’t long at all and make both me and my little guy comfortable.nThe doctor was so sweet. I felt like I could trust her and was asked through every step if I had any questions. It was nice to feel like a person and not a number. This was the best eye exam I’ve ever had and realized I’ve had the wrong prescription for a long time. She was able to tell me about my dry eyes and sent me with a good sized sample of drops that worked a miracle on my itchy eyes. She was also able to see how light sensitive my eyes were and help me with that issue as well. I would recommend this place to everyone. Very family friendly and great for all ages.nAlthough I wasn’t able to try on glasses the day of my appointment, the gal who worked in that department made sure to interact with me and my child. She seemed very hip, in style and extremelynKnowledgeable. I watched her interacting with a few other customers and she seemed to put everyone at ease and was not a pushy sales person. There was a very nice selection of glasses for all different styles, ages and sizes.nI will be returning to this establishment and will be happy to refer others as well.
