This place is a joke. Not the medical staff. The office staff. My teen daughter was scheduled for a colonoscopy which we barely got her to go through with because of her anxiety. On the day of, after all the prepping, they said she wasn't on the schedule for that day even though she showed them the appointment card that said that day. The medical staff apologized and said they would work her in. The receptionist did come out to apologize. But wait-- there's more. On her return visit, the same thing happened. She wasn't on the schedule according to the receptionist, but my daughter had the card with that date! As we waited, another woman came in and had the same thing happen! Their phone system is wonky. It's difficult to get the right facility. Wouldn't suggest this place unless you're great at handling incompetency!
