Personally my experience with Bronson Urology Battle Creek was at pleasant as could be expected. They were professional and did the job I went there to be done. I thought they did a good job of making an uncomfortable situation more comfortable.

I have been a patient at this facility for about 15 years. The staff were very friendly, knew me well and treated me with respect and kindness.nI recently had to reschedule my yearly appointment due to illness, and the receptionist was very curt and impersonal. Apparently they have so few providers now that I was told the next available was 2 months out! She referred me to the nurses line to get a refill for my expired subscription and the recording was also very rude and impersonal. I’m not sure if I’ll even get a refill of the incontinence medication I’ve been taking since a difficult labor and delivery-34 years ago! I am so unhappy with the ‘new’ Urology facility. You would think, as an established patient, that I would have been treated better. Long rant, but this just happened this morning.

No direction to what receptionist is available. Wish they were more detailed on the procedure step by step. No information was given to me about how I would be in the room alone with no one else other then the surgeon. The little amount of the description of the process is misleading, it is not as smooth and painless as they seem to lean towards. I would of still went through with the surgery of my vasectomy I just wish I was more mentally prepared for the pain.

The most uncaring and non compassionate Dr I have ever seen for my IC! Dr Brute really was a BRUTE!

The Surgeon took off too much skin... I came here for help, and was misinformed of the risks involved. I'm terrified this is a situation that cannot be fixed and will be doomed to a disfigured sex life. I'm literally in tears, panicking, with no foreseeable solution other than more surgery. Omg...
