Awesome park, awesome owners and managers. Always felt safe when I lived here with my kids. Bus stop comes straight to the entrance of the park which is a plus! Quiet, clean, calm community. Moved out and realized it was a mistake, now hoping they have another house open so I can move back in! Calling Monday!(: loved this park. Only down side is hard watervliet water. Great place to live.

Managers put on a good show until you sign a lease, then they treat you like dirt. Rules only apply to the residents that aren't kissing their arse. If you can afford something else go for it, save yourself the agony of being harassed by these wannabe slumlords.

If I could give this nasty park no stars I would!!! The water is crap the manager is a no too drama starter spreads everyone’s business! They take your money and rip you off very inappropriate and unprofessional! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING they went through divorce and it was all over trying to make people choose sides. Would NEVER recommend.
