We love our floors and everyone we worked with was very friendly. However, some of the existing trim around the doorways that they trimmed was left sloppy and jagged so it catches dust and hair like crazy. And they wouldn't take responsibility for breaking our vertical blinds which really bothers me. I don't expect things to get broken when i hire someone. I'm on the fence about using them again.
