The doctors are absolutely amazing! However the blonde nurse up front is extremely rude and will talk about you with the other receptionist right in front of you. Very rude with questions and concerns as well felts very unwelcomed because of this.

I truly LOVE LOVE LOVE my doctor. Dr. Brandy Smith is the BEST EVER. She's very patient Dr. She's DEFINITELY HEAVEN SENT. My 24 yr old AUTISTIC son, LOVES her very much and she respect him as a person, not as a person with a DISABILITY. I PRAY for more DOCTORS like her. Love ya Dr. B. Smith you rock. May God continue to bless you and your family.

I love everyone there..All so sweet and accommodating..My Doc Brandi Smith is without a doubt best doctor I could ask for..All receptionists are wonderful..Great Practice..

Dr. Brandi & the nurses are awesome. I’ve never had a bad doctor through Lakeland, but the receptionists here are very rude & not helpful. Was told 2 different things about getting my prescription & the receptionist laughed at me. Finally a nurse that I knew got my prescription for me. Needless to say I am Not happy.
