Extremely professional and relaxing!
Had two appointments, both given away and not honored. Very poor business practice. Called once and set an appointment, came in and was told 2 people were ahead and to come back in 45 minutes, 45 minutes after scheduled appointment. Second time walked in, was told to come back in 30 minutes, okay, no big deal, came back 25 minutes later and they had given the slot to somebody else and was told to come back in 30 minutes for a total of 55 minutes. Average mall massages anyway, not great, not bad. Terrible business ethics.
I was in town for a family event. I drove up from Florida, and my neck & shoulders were very stiff from the drive. I had to go to the mall for some other needs and I saw this place. It was great. Nice, clean and professional!!! The guy knew his stuff too!! I received a 30min chair massage. The guy tried to tell me that the table was better and I totally regret not listening to his advice!! Guess that means that I have to go back tomorrow for table massage and my feet tooud83dude01ud83dude09!! My neck and shoulders thank you Refresh Spa & I would definitely recommend this place!!!!!
This place is great. Even just a quick 15 minute session will leave you feeling 100 times better. Spa Refresh feels like your getting a real authentic accupressure along with a relaxing message. The people are always nice and friendly. I go at least once a week and I've noticed a huge difference in my physical and mental health. I'm less tense, less stressed and I sleep a lot better. The one in Saginaw is no where near as good as this one is. Be sure to tip them for they're work as well!
