Dr May’s and Karen are the best. Dr Mays is very knowledgeable and thorough and a good listener. I always glad when Karen answers the phone because I know she gets things done!

New patient, tried to make sure all documents were in. Wanted the doctor to have background and test results before meeting. Office staff (Karen) got upset when I tried to confirm appointment type and how to submit needed documents. She canceled my appointment. So now I'm without a doctor and with a medical condition that I can't get to a doctor, as no one is accepting new patients.

Great Doctor. Got in right away. Very caring. Staff nice and friendly. Goes out of the way to help patients.

I'm new to the area and having a hard time finding a new doctor. I contacted the Mays Clinic because of their great reviews, but hit a brick wall. The doctor refuses to schedule an (e-) appointment with me until he receives my files and that could be weeks. I need to have a long term, low risk medication refilled within the next month so I'm being proactive, but I'm being treated as if I'm an outsider begging for a fix of street drugs. Apparently the need to treat patients with common sense and dignity has been overtaken by fear. I guess I'll need to travel into a larger city for help.

I've been with Dr Mays as a patient for almost 2 years. He is a genuine, caring and knowledgeable doctor. He's helped me navigate thru a variety of Heath problems and I couldn't give him a higher rating. Shout out to Karen and Heidi too!!
