What ever you do, DON'T ask them to hold your mail! I moved to Midland and ask to have my mail forwarded. I filled out the form and it was suggested by an employee to have my mail held for two weeks to keep it from going to my old address until my request became in effect. Three weeks later no mail! Went there today and was told my mail was sent to a sorting location no where near Bay City. The employee didn't know why or when I would receive my mail. My mother died recently and I have been waiting for checks, estate documents, outstanding bills etc. The person I talked to offered no help. To bad their job performance is not directly related to their paycheck.

By far the worst package handlers ever. If I could get mail any other way I would. No pride in their work. Packages are always late and lost. Our government at its finest.
Your people throw my packages drop them and knock my yard decorations over and don’t bother to pick them up. They’ve broken multiple lights and left them there. They aren’t in the walk way so don’t know how. And I have footage
Employees probably should keep their ignorant political opinions to themselves. Trying to ship packages and some guy behind the counter spewing off ignorant BS , NOT PROFESSIONAL. I'd rather wait in a 30 minute line than deal with someone who cant keep his ignorance to himself. Everyone else I have dealt with at this location is great very friendly.
