I was a BCELP customer for two years without issue. They have better rates per kWh than Consumer's Energy, online pay was straightforward, and their rebate program allows you to get credit on your next bill for LED bulbs. Every time I went to City Hall they were respectful, helpful, and the wait was reasonable. My only complaint is the City Hall office hours were hard to make after a typical 8-5 job.

Power goes out at least once a month and no it is the power in my whole area. Get you s*** straight Bay City before your on the news like Flint.
