Zales

Never again will I go through a zales. Last March I ordered a ring and I had to cancel the order so they refunded me my money back well the other day they took the money back out of my account and shipped the ring 4 months later! I called and they said there's nothing they can do and I have to drive to the nearest Zales to return it which I have to drive over a hour to get to one so I'm losing gas money and my time. Why it would get shipped 4 months after I cancelled the order and they refunded me. I'll never go through another Zales again.

Every time we visit the store we are always greeted and helped! The ladies there are great! They know their stuff! I always leave there with confidence in my purchase! Thank you for such a good experience!

They were pretty decent it was the long wait for help than usually is quicker.
