But they are very knowledgeable in the insurance they provide.nn** I now have to change my review on them based on the conversation I had today 8-10-2020. They now mark it against and up charge your insurance if you got into a no fault accident and put a claim in. My wife was rear ended and totalled her car out. I now find out since we put a claim in, our insurance is going up. Ridiculous for paying the amount of money we do and this happens. Shopping around now.

In the past couple years we haven't had any problems but this last month the office girls haven't been on top of things. It took almost a week to get a declaration of insurance to the camper dealer. Don't know what the problem was there. Then when they finally received it the salesman had to call and correct the expiration of the insurance.

I have used this agency more than any other in the area for my insurance needs. I have learned that insurance companies are much like cable providers. They keep jacking the rates until they force you to the competitor for huge cost savings. For this reason, I get new quotes no less than every two years. In my opinion, this isn't a reflection of the local agent or staff. I have played this game of ping pong for close to 30 years, and always end up back with this agent. Through the years, I have had several claims, and never any troubles there. What makes this agency go is Carol. She is the absolute professional. Always friendly and willing to go out of her way to help. Not to discredit Michael or his predecessor Paul, they are and were great to deal with. But when quotes come back even, Carol's customer service always tips the scale in this agents favor!
