Well first off I will start with this is a hack for auto insurance. My car was parked out side of a residence unmanned and the person that backed into my car is insured through this place per my police report of the incident. 2 months go by no word about getting my car fixed so I called them up. They tell me a place to call that immediately goes to voice mail and says their claims department is closed no matter what time you call. Call customer service they can't help with claims so now I have $1500 damages to my car and they will not return any phone calls.

Called 4 times no anawer

This office needs 2 people to run it...There are times when I come to pay my bill...it is closed early on Fridays and other times it's closed for like 30 minutes...And when that is the only time you have to pay your insurance bill that is quite inconvenient...And then your late paying and then you get cancelled out...
