I was very pleased with Valley Carpet and I would (and have!) recommended them. Their service was great; they always showed up when promised unless they notified me in advance. The carpet I had installed is beautiful, and the salesperson (Vicki) was patient as I chose; I never felt pressured to make a decision or choose differently. Vicki even suggested that I wait a couple more weeks to order as a manufacturer's sale was coming up. I think you will be happy to have chosen Valley Carpet. PLUS.... It's ALL a family-run Bay City business!
