Seemed a bit disorganized. Called to have my yard sprayed and they gave a round about time. Made the necessary arrangements for the baby so not to wake her up when they knock on the door and get the dog barking. Couldn't give a specific time but a two hour time spa at night. They didn't show up. This happened again after calling back. Then after the third time calling I was told I wasn't put on the list because I didn't specify I was having a party. I asked why I was given a date and time frame if they weren't coming out. They didn't have an answer. Just a lot of wasted time before I finally got my yard sprayed.
We have been serviced by Bay County Mosquito Control for nearly 15 years. We are out in the country with a 1/4 mile long driveway. Additionally there are a few wetlands surrounding and on our property. I can say, without reservation, that they are the most professional, cooperative and conscientious government group I have ever dealt with. The folks there are simply magnificent. Of critical importance is that they know their business and attend to it promptly and proficiently. I can't say enough about how impressive these folks are. They routinely treat my place for mosquitos and as a result, I have a relatively mosquito-free environment. Bravo to Bay County Mosquito Control!!!!
