Dr Jackson is my primary care doc & I’m very happy with my treatment! Easy to get an appointment & I appreciate his help & honesty. Definitely recommend!

I call as I’m sitting in the parking lot 10 min before my appointment... ten signs on the door one says call... one says wait for clipboard.. how am I supposed to know so I call well you know your ten min late we’ll actually no I’m not... can barely breath cause of my tonsils thanks crystal lake clinic and whoever answered there phone with rudeness name starting with j

Christopher Laninga, PA-C, do not go to this guy, I had a virtual meeting with him and he suggested three test to take. I went to get the test and only got one. I was told he changed his mind and only gave me one, he never called me to let me know. I had to wait for 1/2 to get the test in the car in 9 degree weather. I asked him to call me and never did. I feel so mislead after he was the one to suggest the tests. Still waiting for him to call.

Not only would I never go in there to be treated as a patient, but don’t ever try to work there. They don’t pay for job shadowing, or the medical instruments you’ll need to complete your job duties. Plus they’ll fire you for being 3 minutes late coming back from lunch. Huge pass, drive to Traverse, it’s worth it!!

So disappointed in this clinic!! The billing department clearly does not know how to do their job. They had no idea in the middle of December that as of January 1st they would no longer be accepting a major health care provider. I’m going to miss my doctor.
