Dr. Kershen is great, and I have had no problems with my stent placement that I got in the hospital. However, I came in today for my stent removal, and the receptionist and most of the other employees were not wearing their masks. I requested that the receptionist put her mask on because I am on an immunosuppressant medication. She said “sure” but proceeded to only put the mask over her mouth. Also, there should be a warning label on your hand sanitizer because it sprays violently at you when you try to use the pump. I am in a wheelchair so I am eye level with the pump. If I had not been wearing glasses, it would have sprayed directly into my eyes.

The rudest receptionists and office staff around town! Girls were arguing with each other at checkout. Very unhelpful whenever you call there like that's NOT their job. I see they are hiring all the time so that is not surprising...Trying to get appointment as I'm in pain and receptionist said they have NO cancelation list. Who don't have a cancelation list???!!!! Just super disappointing to have such a disgraceful and downright rude staff consistently and nothing ever changes. Wish Dr would really nip that in the bud because I am going to have to change to someone else very soon if this keeps happening. If you don't like being a receptionist and working w public then get a NEW JOB!!!!! I will be speaking directly with Dr at next visit regarding this.

If I could give Tri City Urology more than five stars I would. My family has always been so well taken care of there. There is a wait but it’s worth the wait. Honestly if you go to a doctor and they are NOT busy I would be concerned. They are genuinely concerned about the well being of my family. Great job!

Tri City Urology doctors are all amazing they take care of their patients at 100%, all the negative comments on here makes no sense I’ve had nothing but excellent service and always available on weekends as well the wait time I will say is probably 1-2 hour wait at times but we have to understand they are covering 3 major hospitals alone their is a shortage of urologists in this area but overall I give them all a “10” for EXCELLENCE......Happy Patientud83dude0a

I’ve taken my parents to several appointments over the years and we are very pleased with this group! The doctors and staff in both Bay City and Saginaw are terrific!!!
