Kim is a delight to work with! My friends and I have been planning a girls weekend in Saugatuck for months, and Kim's planned winery tour was the highlight we were all looking forward to! Unfortunately COVID had other plans for our trip, but Kim was more than understanding and quick to accomodate our changing plans. I appreciate her kindness and flexibility when so many unknowns are at play, and I cannot wait for it to be safe to travel again so we can FINALLY have our girls weekend winery tour!!!! Highly recommend Kim at Coastal Tours!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Booked the tour for a bachelorette party and Kim went above and beyond to make sure we had an awesome time. She was flexible and accommodated our needs throughout, even suggesting perfect photo ops and coupons! She communicated well throughout the booking process and the days prior to confirm. Bus was very clean as well. Thanks for making our weekend so memorable Kim!!

Kim was great on our beer tour. Organized perfectly! If you’re in the Saugatuck/Holland area this is a must!! So much fun.
