I was on vacation (I currently live on the eat coast) saw a ring in the shop that I loved but wasn’t in my size. The owner provides amazing customer service and went above and beyond to take down my information, order one in my size, and ship the ring to me without charging shipping! I was so appreciative that she took the time to do so! I love the ring and am so grateful for the fantastic owner!

The owner Carmen went above and beyond at my first visit/purchase in her store. Was visiting town and stopped in on a whim and so glad I did. All of her merchandise is unique and reasonably priced too! A win-win in my book who’s always shopping for something to “commemorate” a trip. I had a small issue after my purchase and Camren without question took care of it - customer service goes a long way for customers. I will plan to come back one day soon! Thank you!!

What a beautiful shop! What struck me when I first walked in was how beautifully the jewelry is displayed, so pretty. The owner is so welcoming and so incredibly nice. My daughter had fallen in love with a necklace and I had gone back later to surprise her with it only to find the shop closed. Being that I am from out of town and knew I would not be able to return the next day I took a chance and knocked on the door. Carmen welcomed me in and I was able to get the necklace. My daughter still won’t take it off! I realize she did not have to do that and could have just chosen to ignore the knock on the door. That kind of customer service is so rare these days. And did I mention the jewelry is absolutely beautiful and so reasonably priced! Can’t wait to visit again!

You need to check out this store!! It’s a little tucked back from the street but it’s well worth the mini stroll to get to the store front. I purchased a pair of earrings as well as a super cute bracelet! Carmen (the owner) was a breathe of fresh air. She warmly greeted us and was not pushy at all! I was visiting from Minnesota and Blue Wildwood is a MUST while visiting the shops of Saugatuck!

I met this woman when she was first setting up shop and moving to the neighborhood. She was so kind and sweet and seeing her shop open now I see that times 1000. It's the cutest shop I've ever seen and such a laid back environment with great pricing. 11/10 will come back even from Ohio to shop.
