Pam and company are a very cheerful and helpful bunch that really care about their patients. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Called several times before I could set up an appointment. Then months later I have an appointment set and come to find out it was just a meet & greet ( waste of time). Go to schedule my physical months later and they cancelled on me pushing my next reschedule another 3 months back. 6 months between a meet and greet and a physical. I call on days I’m available to try to fill a cancellation. And then they notify me I have to labs done before a physical. Never told me about that or any information on the lab work process. So I have had health insurance for 6 months and can’t take advantage of it because I’m being dragged along. Not a smooth process and all I have received is a meet and greet.
