Just moved to the area and had my first appointment with Dr Archyan. So far, I have no complaints. Jeff, the RN, is just a great guy with amazing bedside manner as well.

They lost my health records and I have to get re tested for many things. Been a patient for a very long time and I’m currently looking for a new doctor. I encourage prospective patients to search elsewhere!

I tried to call my pharmacy today to get my prescription refilled and they told me they couldn't do it because my doctor, Dr. Bessert, cancelled all my medications without telling me. So now I have to wait until Monday to try to get my medicine for migraines, which I have been having every single day and that medication is the only thing that helps. This isn't the only bad experience I've had. About two years ago I went in because all my joints were hurting, I couldn't move my body. Autumn gave me a wrist brace and a shot and that was it. I never used the wrist brace. A month later all my joints started hurting again and I saw a different doctor and they said 'oh it just says that your wrist was hurting'. I told them no, it was my whole body. They DO NOT care about you. I have only had bad experiences here and I am switching doctors immediately.

They do not care about their patients at all. If you need any care related to things that effect your health and well being do not go here. I could not be more disappointed in there lack of concern over a patients health and well being. I can see why they only have a 2.7 rating. A much lower rating is certainly justified.

Send the bill to the wrong andress even though our address was updated a long time ago. Never even bothered to call me about the bill so they sent it to a debt collector that I have no idea. I found out until we are trying to get a loan and ruined my credit score. Called them and have no idea why my old address still in their system.
