There is a better way to get the patient checked in. You have to stand in line or lose your place. This is difficult for the elderly or those that are very ill. Get some numbers so people can set down quickly without the long check in times. Fix this outdated system and care for people that cannot stand in line for 10 to 20 minutes or longer.

Completely ignores my lab results and fails to refill my medicine. Btw, I have hypothyroidism and have been drawing consistently normal on the same dosage for years, so I know I'm not being unreasonable.
