Fantastic. Im a Car Dealer in Grand Rapids MI., Our staff communicates with insurance agents on a daily basis for the insurance needs of our customers who are purchasing cars from us. On Black Friday when most people were either sleeping in or shopping we sold a car to a customer who has Farm Bureau Insurance with another agent. Since the other agent was not reachable on a holiday weekend, and the customer really needed a car, i called Arlo Clemens Farm Bureau Agency in Dorr, MI hoping they would answer, due to the holiday they did not. 5 minutes later I received a car from Arlo on his cell phone asking how he could help. This is 110% customer service at its best !!!!, an insurance agent, helping a client that is not his, a client that he will not receive any comission on, and most of all on his own time off on a holiday weekend, unheard of. 110% customer service IS Arlo Clemens Farm Bureau in Dorr MI., thats a fact.
